The FullSWOF development team is pleased to announce
the release of FullSWOF_2D 1.07.00.

This is a major release:

   - add of new flux HLLC (Harten, Lax, van Leer + the Contact Surface)
   - add of HLLC2 default value for the choice of numerical  flux.
   - upgrade to Doxygen 1.8.10
   - Fixed bug causing the display of warnings in the treatment of friction (see bug 9686).

Warning:

   - HLLC2 is less diffusive than HLL so differences may occur in comparing benchmarks from previous versions and the new version.
