The FullSWOF development team is pleased to announce
the release of FullSWOF_2D 1.08.00.
This is a major release that contains treatment of inhomogeneous boundary conditions
and additional programs to make easier the processing of input and output files (asc2xyz, xyz2asc, cropxyz)
