Fixed issues:

* When loading the maps, BioMercator now ignores spaces and/or tabulation at the end of line
* You can now compile maps with several linkage groups in the same chromosome
* On Windows it can happened that the compilation ran badly and results in a wrong consensus map : this problem is now solved
* When inversing a linkage group with metaQTLs, the position of the metaQTLs were not recalculated and resulting in a wrong map : this is also solved
