Big optimizations: The function get_assignees_listing now returns in one time the count AND the records of assignees because this query consumes too much time. In addition, assigneesastext.php now does not get (and list) all the courses for each assignee, by default. Because get_my_courses function consumes too much time for users assigned at category level.
