FullSWOF_1D release 1.10.00
This release corrects bug #13511

A Windows exe is also available in a specific package for EVALUATION PURPOSE ONLY.
It was tested on win 7 64 bits and win 11.
For details see file README_win.txt in the _win.zip file.

Main changes:
- use of long doubles removed
- results rounded to 5 decimals: the output values are modified.
