Cleanup:

 - The module Scientific.BSP.RemoteObjects was removed.
   It was experimental and never fully functional.

 - Tabs were replaced by spaces in two files.

Bug fixes:

 - MasterSlave computations without a name server didn't work.

 - Various typos in comments and docstrings
