catisurvey-0.4.tgz contains catisurvey-update_0.3-0.4.tgz to upgrade from 0.3 to 0.4 with updated files from 0.4.

Go to your catisurvey production directory, untar catisurvey-update_0.3-0.4.tgz and flush cache. This is not fully tested, keep a copy of your production directory !
