General:
- collect old dns cache entries
- export files managed by the built in (and very simple) file alteration monitor. To be used by groovy scripts.
- add a 'virtual learn' groovy script.
- rewrite of the 'virtual nmap' groovy script using new probe's ports range to greatly speed up the test.

Probe command:
- add a quick-deny probe option. If set, probing is stopped if a probe is certainly denied.
- final ACL result had been reworked: if a probe is certainly denied in input or output, set it as "DENY".
- allow to specify a port range in port source or port destination.

PIX/FWSM:
- handle tcp-udp in enhanced service object group.
 
Bugs
- fix the notifier logger, it didn't log anything.
- do not reinit the options or defines on reload.
