SWASHES release 1.02.00
This is a major update indtroducing new features.

A Windows exe is also available in a specific package.
It can run on winxp, win7 32 bits and win 7 64 bits.

Main changes:
- new self-similar solution for dam break on a flat bottom
- new self-similar solution for dam break on an inclined plane
- minor correction in the doc files or in comments
