SWASHES release 1.03.00
This is a major update introducing new features.
It also includes a bug correction.

A Windows exe is also available in a specific package.
It has been tested on winxp, win7 64 bits, and win 8 64 bits and win 10.

Main changes:
- new swash solutions, transient and periodic cases (Noemie Gaveau's training course, 2015)
- Bug 9892 (wrong topography in the inclined plane case) is corrected
- minor correction in the doc files or in comments
