FullSWOF_1D release 2.00.00

This is a major update introducing a new feature.

Transfer equations have been added to account for material transported by the flow (particles, chemicals). This feature is based on the PhD thesis work of Amina Nouhou-Bako. A scientific article has been submitted (stay tuned for the reference).

With the add of the transfer equations comes a new benchmark (in the directory Benchmarks) and examples (in the directory Examples).

Additionally, the make procedure was reworked (new and more consistent commands).

Main changes:
- Introduction of transfer of material with the water (transfer equations)
- New and more consistent commands for make.
