FullSWOF_2D release 1.08.00
This is a major update introducing new features (e.g. inhomogeneous boundary conditions)

A Windows exe is also available in a specific package for EVALUATION PURPOSE ONLY. It can run on winxp, win7 32 bits and win 7 64 bits.

Main changes:
    - add of treatment of inhomogeneous boundary conditions
    - add of additional programs to make easier the processing of
       input and output files (asc2xyz, xyz2asc, cropxyz)
