FullSWOF_UI release 1.02.00
This is a major update introducing new features.
It also include bug fixes.

A Windows package is also available.
This package is designed to help you test FullSWOF under Windows.
It is provided for EVALUATION PURPOSE ONLY.
It has been tested under winxp, win7 32 bits and win 7 64 bits.
For details see file README_win.txt in the _win.zip file.

Main changes:
  - treatment of spaces added for the files of topography and rain table
  - modification of GnuplotFileReader to wait the end of the watcher before to reload the file
  - the filename extension .dat replaced by .txt for the files generated by FullSWOF_UI
  - HLLC2 is the new default value for FullSWOF_2D
  - Automatic add to the doxygen pdf of the compatible versions of FullSWOF_1D and FullSWOF_2D
  - Upgrade to Doxygen 1.8.10
  - use of "ant" added in README
