FullSWOF_2D release 2.00.00

This is a major update introducing compatibility with FullSWOF_2D version 1.09.01.

This package is designed to help you test FullSWOF under Windows.
It is provided for EVALUATION PURPOSE ONLY.
It was tested on win 7 64 bits.
