Doubles : change floats to doubles in MassChroQ

We will change all teh relevant floats (everything related to spectra and quantification) from floats to double.

Attention :
- change all the toFloat() methods to toDouble() methods. in QTextStreams teh default precision is 6 digits, so we need to call setRealNumberPrecision(X) in the tsv output files.
- remove the casts from double to float (in mzmlHandler and mzxmlhandlerbase for example)
