Memory optimization: simple parsing + spectra parsing in slices
Original Comment:
Change the msrun parsing + spectra keeping in RAM and disk. We do a simple parsing in teh beginning, no spectra decompression at all. Then, when needed (i.e. during obiwarp alignment and during quantification) we parse the spectra. To avoid using a lot of RAM we parse teh spectra by slices of msrun of size 400 Mb max maybe.
