ChemFlow - La spectroscopie infrarouge est largement utilisé dans la recherche universitaire et de l'industrie comme outil de mesure simple, rapide, pas cher et sûr. Les données infrarouges sont affichées sous forme de spectres, et la chimiométrie est une science qui vise à extraire des informations à partir des spectres. Nous développons un ensemble complet qui contient (1) un MOOC diffusé en septembre 2016; (2) un outil chimiométrique, nommé ChemFlow, qui est une application de Galaxy; et (3) une base de données spectrales. Nous allons nous concentrer sur ChemFlow. Les spécifications requises sont les suivantes: - Un outil gratuit; - Un outil qui recycle le code de Matlab, Scilab, R, Python et C; - Un outil accessible via Internet avec de nouveaux appareils tels que les smartphones. Voilà pourquoi nous avons choisi Galaxy. ChemFlow est mis en œuvre avec nos propres fonctions. Maintenant, il inclut la plupart des outils de traitement: l'importation et la conversion des données; des outils de chimiométrie qui permet d'exécuter des méthodes telles que les étalonnages et les classifications.

Physical Analysis of Gridded Ocean - Inter-comparison of model and gridded observations of the ocean is a challenge when they use different grids. Interpolation from one grid to another brings eventual errors that may affect significantly large scale budgets of tracers (heat, salt, freshwater). This suite of programs (matlab and python) offers the possibility to analyze gridded ocean data along physical sections with minimum interpolation. For example, this allows to monitor the circulation across an observed array in various model outputs, whatever their spatial resolution or type of discretization (B- or C- grids). When defining sections that enclose a specific volume, large scale budgets of tracers can be reconstruct and inter-compared among all kinds of gridded ocean data.
