tdms - tdms, a R package to work with Tabulated Data Multiple Samples files (TDMS). The TDMS format holds a numerical matrix as long as annotations on its rows (usually genes) and its columns (usually columns). This format introduced in TM4/MeV for transciptomics analyses. It is adopted by JExpress, GENE-E and others. Full-featured tools based on the tdms package are included. mev-prep extends the way of pre-processing the numerical matrix. mev-pivot summarises the matrix according groups defined in the anntotations.
