Summary:
Compute peak range from max : beginning and end of peak always truncated by 1 curve point

Detailed description
Bug in findPeakRangeWalkingFromMax in PeakDetectionBase.

Detected peak ranges are truncated by one point at the beginning and end : vector index problem.
This affects all areas of all detected peaks since the beginning of MassChroQ. The effect is the same on all peaks so the variation is global.
