There is no regular maintenance slot for LIGER, but system maintenance depends on GPFS filesystem maintenance on the storage cluster.

LIGER maintenance will be announced below. Information will also be displayed on ssh banners, calendar and support headlines page

• on July and January
• 1st week of the month or related with ECN outage planned yearly during that month
• 2 days max
• major maintenance could occurs an outage if necessary → upgrades, change policies, replace component, etc.
• 4 notifications: 2 month, 1 month, 15 days, and 1 day before

• 1st week of the month
• 4 hours max
• minor maintenance never occurs an outage → security upgrade on OS, minor policies changes, test restoration, etc.
• 2 notifications: 15 days and 1 day before
