Install SkIf tool.

Create an SkIf repertory in galaxy-dist/tools repertory.

Add this repertory in galaxy-dist/config/tool_conf.xml file

Copy the files SkIf_galaxy.pl and SkIf_galaxy.xml in galaxy-dist/tools/SkIf

Verify path to SkIf in SkIf_galaxy.pl :

1. /usr/local/bin/SkIf → adapt path to your SkIf installation directory
2. /usr/local/bin/getLongestKmers.pl → adapt path to your SkIf installation directory
